Failed Sends
Thanks.io rejected these leads, so in almost every case no postcard was mailed. The reason is shown against each lead. Fix the cause first — most failures are a wrong API key or Mailing List ID on the setup checklist — then click Return All to Inbox to move them back to your Inbox so you can send them again.
One exception: if the reason mentions a timeout, we never got an answer from Thanks.io and cannot tell whether that lead went through. Check your Thanks.io mailing list for it before re-sending, or you may pay for the same postcard twice.
